1. Can I return my regular priced purchase?
(All sales are final on clearance merchandise.)
Yes, of course!
If you do not completely love your new Tapestries Studio style, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days from the purchase date. A merchandise credit or refund will be issued only if items are NOT washed, altered, or worn and have all original tags attached.
Please email email@example.com for a return request. The request must include order number, style, size and reason for the returning.
2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
NO. As long as your return request is accepted (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org). We will send you a PRE-PAID shipping label for USPS. Just re-pack the return with the USPS label provided, and pop it into the mail.
We will process your credit/refund once we receive your return.
