Return Policy

We want you to be as happy with your new Tapestries Studio purchase - so please email us if you have any issues with our merchandise.

1. Can I return my regular priced purchase?
(All sales are final on clearance / discounted merchandise.)

Yes, of course!

If you do not completely love your new Tapestries Studio style, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days from the purchase date. A merchandise credit or refund will be issued only if items are NOT washed, altered, or worn and have all original tags attached.

Please email info@tapestries-studio.com for a return request. The request must include order number, style, size and reason for the returning.

2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

NO. As long as your return request is accepted (via email to info@tapestries-studio.com). Please wait for us to send you a PRE-PAID shipping label for USPS. Just re-pack the return with the USPS label provided, and pop it into the mail.
We will process your credit/refund once we receive your return.
If the item was returned without contacting us/using our pre-paid label, it will not be accepted and refunded.
