1. Can I return my regular priced purchase?
(All sales are final on clearance / discounted merchandise.)
Yes, of course!
If you do not completely love your new Tapestries Studio style, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days from the purchase date. A merchandise credit or refund will be issued only if items are NOT washed, altered, or worn and have all original tags attached.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request. The request must include order number, style, size and reason for the returning.
2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
NO. As long as your return request is accepted (via email to email@example.com). We will send you a PRE-PAID shipping label for USPS. Just re-pack the return with the USPS label provided, and pop it into the mail.
We will process your credit/refund once we receive your return.
